This privacy policy explains how Wattle Bay Park Sunrise PTY LTD (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit zerotobestseller.com or fill in a form on this website.
What I collect
When you fill in the “See if we’re a good fit” form, I collect:
- your name and email address
- your business’s annual revenue range
- your main social channel and its name or link
- anything you choose to write in the optional fields
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the address of the page you sent the form from, and the date and time
When you browse the website, basic technical information (such as your browser type, device and pages visited) may be collected through cookies and analytics, but only in line with the choices you make in the cookie banner.
Why I collect it
- to review your channels and reply to you with my assessment, as described on the page
- to decide whether we’re a good fit to work together
- to keep a record of enquiries
- to understand how visitors use the website, so I can improve it (analytics, with your consent)
I will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails without your permission. I do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are processed by an automation service (n8n), stored in a Google Sheet, and sent to me by Gmail. The website is hosted by Namecheap. These providers may store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. I choose reputable providers with their own security and privacy commitments, and only I have access to your submission.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, unless we start working together, in which case I keep what’s needed to deliver the service and meet my legal and tax obligations. You can ask me to delete your details at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies, including analytics cookies (Google Analytics), only with your consent. You can accept, reject or change your choices at any time through the cookie banner. More detail is in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- tell you what personal information I hold about you
- correct information that is wrong or out of date
- delete your information
- stop using your information for a particular purpose
